For a complete real estate appraisal, all documentation provided by the client is required, with the possibility of requesting additional elements to ensure the best quality of the appraisal.
All assessments are preceded by a site inspection, where all the characteristics of the property and the surrounding area are surveyed, which may influence the Market Value to be determined, such as the type of construction, finishes, general condition of the property, urban and landscape framing, etc.
All our evaluations can be delivered in physical or computer support (via e-mail) in the form of an evaluation report.
